Pastor :

Bro. Eugene Braun

Brother Eugene Braun and his wife, Sister Sara, made their way from Manitoba to Edmonton in 1999, bringing with them their son, Raphael, and their three daughters, Charity, Stephanie, and Natalie. Since then, many changes have come about in their family, both as they adapted to city life from farm life, and as the natural changes in life overtook them. Charity currently teaches high school music program Christian public school here in Edmonton. Stephanie and her husband, Jeff Fehr, have had their first child and Natalie and her husband, Ryan Langkopf, currently sought the Lord's will for them in New Zealand. Rafi, as he is known, is still at home, studying and working.

Brother Eugene and Sister Sara have taken their labour to heart, continually looking to the future with a vision of producing a solid, thriving crop of believers in the form of a church body. One dominant principle of Brother Eugene’s ministry has been “The Law of the Harvest” – that is, you reap what you sow. (Galatians 6:7) Hence, if you want a different crop, you must sow a different seed. This is why Brother Eugene and the church have been looking inwardly, to see the type of work that must be done in order to produce a better crop. Interpreted, whether it is a marriage seminar, parenting sessions, counseling, special meetings, or long nights of prayer, the end result is more than worth the initial sacrifice.

We greatly appreciate Brother Eugene’s ministry, and the support of his family, in endeavouring to equip us with the character and discernment needed to live our present lives, and to prepare us for the one great Event for which we are all waiting.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” – Proverbs 29:18

AND.KNOWETH.IT.NOT_ JEFF.IN V-2 N-10 SUNDAY_ 65-0815

I said, "I don't even get to tell the people nothing about our fine pastor." I said, "Are the people treating you right?"

Said, "It couldn't be any better."

And I said, "Well, that's what I'm glad to hear."

When a pastor is satisfied, and the people is satisfied, it makes a real good church, and then God is satisfied. And I think, to see them satisfied together, especially in this day of the Message that we're carrying, I think that shows the continuity of the Message with the people and with God. See?

Bro. James Rozak

Brother James Rozak was graciously saved by the Lord approximately ten years ago.  Since then the Lord has been doing a great work in his life, building line upon line and word upon word.

Brother James felt a pull toward the ministry early on in his Christian walk but only over the past two or three years has he been able to recognize the gift in his life, and begun to learn to yield himself as a vessel.

He and his wife, Sister Naomi, met through the church and were married in 2005. They were blessed with a little girl, Haven Noelle, in November 2007. As with any ministry, there is no knowing what the Lord has in mind for the coming years, but the Rozaks together are praying and looking for what God would have for them as they continue to live their daily lives and accept the training that He provides.

Brother James feels himself drawn to a “family” ministry, as there is no more foundational unit to depict the quality of one’s true heart and walk with Jesus Christ.  The family is the building block of the church, and one cannot have a strong, united, forward-moving church without a strong, united, forward-moving family.

Brother James and Sister Naomi feel they have been truly blessed by the genuine support of the congregation, and continue to desire the prayers of the people, and a transparency in their own lives that will speak to the hearts of others.

One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. – Psalms 27:4
